To be fair, any good contract, let alone a contract with THE biggest company in the industry, should come with a minimum amount of streaming days / time as a baseline requirement. Hell, 3 days a week and 10 hours a week is literally the most part time of part time things could be, but would go insanely far in showing "Yes, when you pay $5 a month you WILL get, at minimum 12 streams a month and 40 hours worth of entertainment value."

In their application process, they literally have "Able to stream at least 3 days a week, including a weekend day for a year" as one of their baseline stats for even applying. Why the fuck that is something for APPLYING, but not WORKING is beyond me.
