Usually Cover puts out a new gen or addition every 6-8 months, and that would mean Feb-March clocked from Gen 5. It can also be said however that Holo is getting a bit crowded, and it may not be a good thing to wind up like Niji with 100+ talents but with the cream of the crop smothering out most of them for attention, as there is only so much time in the day to watch these things. However part of that is from the rather fast and loose way Ichikara plays in that Nijis can be as independent-like or clique-like as they want and aren't confirmed into an idol/idol-like mold so float around all over the place in content/success. Holos try to all walk in lockstep and help prop each other up as a unified brand.

This is why I really like how Holo brand handles collab materials. Even if you don't watch everyone in the group, you do wish your favourite holo member to try interact with others in the group.
Then again, you can see there are still barriers for HoloEN and HoloJP to integrate. Gura still lives in her ivory tower, and Mori is still running around for music collab. Possibly Enma didn't want HoloEN Gen1 to lose cohesion, like what happened with Gen 4 or Gen 5 forming outside gen cliques.
Its already more than 6 months, Enma should start letting them have some fun. At some point, the seniors will have introduce their juniors to main branch later on.
