Sure, Cover could deal with that somehow but then they have to deal directly with Austrian Labor Laws and Taxation which is confusing as well.
What could be a solution is to create HoloEN as an actual subsidiary for all HoloEN members but then they would need to register it in the US and might need a physical location, I don't know about US Law in that case.
And for Austria that is not good since in our Taxform there is a special section when working for an US company.

Cover is located in Japan half her check is from youtube which auto converts. Merch is also handled in Japan so all the currencies have to be converted into yen as well to pay the cost and shipping. They have 10 talents in EN and have to deal with 5 different currencies including the yen for two of them. The effort it would take to do all the conversions themselves while paying out to everyone would be retarded.

Taxation in Austria is indeed a problem, but it isn't the end of the world.
We have a very high standard of living.
