The thing is, it probably counts replies to tweets too, on top of retweets made by other accounts. So while it may seem like a decent amount at first, in reality it stacks up very quickly and you will hit that cap fast.
Depending on how many artists or vtubers you follow too, and especially with how often they retweet or their likes can show up in your feed, this basically ensures you'll hit that cap even faster. As a result it basically makes the site nigh unusable.
