I don’t follow her much but I remember being one of those people who thought that her rejoining Hololive was the only choice for her to have any kind of career or connections. But I think what we have now the best outcome (I mean you guys probably have a better handle on this situation then me). She’s alive. So many of these things could have ended in the worst possible way. But here she is going to debut with goods, live2D and a tight fan base. Hololive isn’t the only way of being a vtuber, and this is definitely going to change as the company gets even more restrictive.
