I think I finally solved the mystery of Pekora's recline, this thumbnail is definitely the cause, she's copying the oshi no whore pose. This thumbnail basically implied that Pekora herself is also a whore who lies to her fans (which is true), like in the anime and manga, so most of her fans are starting to leave her now.
After she used this thumbnail, she only got 5 +30k streams (2 collab, 2 solo endurance, 1 outfit reveal).
Hell you can even see that in her new outfit reveal (it's the stream after the stream with this thumbnail), she only got like 60k, rapid recline from her usual outfit reveal numbers.
