Also this goes with the general impression that most things are rarely ever good ideas for tattoos and they tend to indicate people who literally just do not think ahead in life - but the biggest issue is where he got it. I work in a professional field and few people have tattoos - or if they do, I don't know, because they're completely hidden as in nothing on lower arms, neck/face etc. To put something on a wrist is like ... people at job interviews, dates, weddings, important family gatherings will see it. He better fucking hope nobody will ask what exactly it is or have a BS alternative explanation lined up.

Most of my tattoo are pretty self explanatory/classic but I do have one of an utility pole which funny enough gets the most questions. I always just say it has a personal meaning and leave it at that. I've never had a person drill me over it lmao.
