Part of the reason why HoloJP is seen as so collaborative and together is that they are pulled into the studio from time to time to record songs and those fun videos on the main channel. They genuinely have a working relationship and fun tidbits about working with the others. Hololive even leans into this by making the Hololive office the main setting of the Hologras.
It's smart, really smart.
HoloEN is so scattered, they don't have that same bond. They're more like Discord friends, that have also been crippled by the lack of 3D antics.
