She has the FanClub membership already. She resisted many years to opening a YT membership to avoid members paying twice.
She's going to do the bare minumum in YT members.

The problem is that the FC streams lack any kind of feature. No emotes or gimmicks at all.
In NicoNico we had some toys to justify the FanClub being there. But it's hard to understand why don't the move it to YT completely. There's the blog and the archives but it should be possible to migrate.
Maybe being in YT memberships doesn't feel like a FanClub at all
