No but I've been trying to figure it out too & came up with a super scuffed version

for it you need a tts, a stt & something like voicebot that will let you use voice commands to hit hotkeys
then you have the stt type whatever you say into the tts & then set a voice command to hit the tts hotkey, so now you just end every sentence with the keyword & away you go

the problem is that it can be really cumbersome to keep saying the keyword but worst of all is that your pc needs to be focused on the tts at all times otherwise the stt will start typing somewhere else, although you can get around this by having it all set up on a second pc/laptop, but again it's not ideal

Yeah, that would be my guess too. There's some custom code there handing off the STT input into a TTS API. It would probably take a couple days work depending on how hacky you want to get, then you usually have to license the API at minimum.
