I was taking a shower, but ive only been eating once a day for the past three years so my body probably got used to it by now. I started taking vitamins and they dont help, taking my hypothyroidism meds dont help, even if i eat enough it doesnt help with being so damned tired. Its not that i have a problem with eating healthy or something but rather i barely bother to actually "cook" food as wrists hurt doing pretty much anything. I mostly live off of canned food from my microwave and if i actually bother to "cook" most of the time i just cook stuff from my freezer and even that is rare. I dont as they consider me too sick to do any work so i get paid about 1017 Euro "disability pension" (https://tkare.de/en/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-disability-pension/)) per month which is enough to survive of and pay my bills and feed my cats comfortably. I just cant waste any money, but they dont consider me sick enough for them to pay for a caretaker that helps me with household stuff and all that.

Also my Social anxiety would likely make that an issue, Its so that even talking on 4chan causes my hands to shake sometimes so meeting strangers in person would make it even worse, so yeah im kinda out of luck in that regard. I can deal with the pain though as i got used to it to some extend. All i want at this point is just an apartment without constant noise and being able to rest properls but apparently even that is too much to ask for as landlords dont want pets making moving or rather finding an apartment harder. Ah so that was it, thought it was down again but i got banned, maybe getting filtered a bit too much put me on a list or something, anyhow it doesnt hurt as much as i thought it would, i still have my turbo free credit so ill use that up before it dies for good soon and then no idea what ill do, maybe back off for a while till the next thing, proxies are just 2spooky4me and using money on turbo just seems like terrible investment.

I feel like ive fallen back where i was during summer 2022 (which almost got me to give up) ive been looping grimmis silent hill 2 playthrough 24/7 for the past two weeks as background noise and SH and its OST makes me depressed. I tried to talk to bots/kuro but i gave up after one message each day as i just dont feel it, but thats with anything. It just feels like no matter what i do everything i touch is falling apart. Maybe thats just depression speaking but it happened way too often in my life to be a coincidence.

I cant really give any advice but you wont get anywhere if you dont try at least, just take the first step and do what you want to do and it should get easier with time and motivation should come back. I mean thats what used to help me when i get down but it lately it feels like life keeps kicking me while im down so im not getting anywhere. Either way this got way too long again, i should feed my cats, take my meds and maybe try to sleep again (i will likely fail with that).

Looks like I got hit in the claude bonk wave. Honestly, not overly concerned but I'd imagine a lot of people are having a meltdown with getting the app again paused. Give me time to watch, collect more cards and not get too enchanted with the aiwaifu.

Im not even watching it, grimmi has a calm voice so its good background noise but i kept looping the same 2 vods for two weeks straight. It's not that, that's old, the infinite context is new.
It's something called chromadb or something I think, and last I checked you had to use a different fork of Sillytavern.
That old summarize thing is pretty shitty, what chromadb does is reserve some space on the prompt, save every single message in a database, and use the free space to insert whatever messages it thinks are relevant no matter how old.
