Here is the situation.

It is a known fact that VShojo talents grew apart post Nux incident in November-December 2021. It became so bad that they stopped interacting and cliques naturally grew out of it.
Eventually, tensions reached all time highs and when it came down to contract negotiations, the 3 that left saw no point in staying any longer.
It can be true that they left due to unfavorable contract terms but it is also true that they left as probably see no point in sticking around due to broken friendships.
When those 3 left, it became a wake up call to everyone in VShojo as they wonder what the fuck happened. Now we see more public interactions as they try to fix it but will it last? Who knows.
I hope it does and I also hope the 3 that left starts interacting with the ones who stayed again.

Everytime anyone acts like this stuff started in 2021 they seem to forget that literally everyone was around for New Year's 2022. So if something did happen or if they just naturally drifted apart without an inciting incident it was probably after that.
