When I was like 15 I got put on a chicken and rice diet for a couple months after an allergic attack and I lost a ton if weight, I wasn't keeping track cuz I was just a teen that wanted to eat junk food but I remember going from chubby to actually skinny in like one month. And never really recovered that weight back, I'm in my late 20s and still on the skinny side. That being said you just get skinny, not healthy, I was still weak and lazy lmao.
