Honestly? Assuming Coco even had a reason to join Niji, I don't think they would openly accept her mostly because of the controversy it would create with China. Management is less restrictive, they can do basically anything they want as long as it's not a direct risk (for example Finana soft doxxing herself for two hours on her keyboard stream). Their 3D tech is miles better than Hololive's but they take far longer to get new outfits, tho this is because they have much more livers under their name than Holo across it's branches.
Also only their ID branch has this "big family" feel of cohesion due to the mentioned size and instead tend to form friend cliques to the point it's common for a Niji to barely even remember the name of another one if they never interact. And you probably know this but they have almost no restrictions in the games they can play thanks to having Sony as one of their investors.
