Not really, if all you care about is Polka. She only showed up about half way through, and was a bystander for most of it. You can skip to 30:13 if you want to see the final fight where Polka joined in and played decoy/double agent to much enjoyment, but otherwise it's just Miko stumbling across Polka and killing her once, and Polka following Koyori a bit until Koyori killed herself.

Partly, but Youtube takes part of the blame as well. Clippers are paid by # of views, so the more popular the chuba, the more watched the clips, the more money they make. Combine that with Youtube's weird ass algo and you can pretty much expect that anyone that isn't a dedicated clipper for a specific person is going to focus on popular chubas, or particularly funny moments

Not the same. Putting clips behind a pay wall would be against Covers guidelines. However YouTube pays out creators for every thousand (I think) views a video gets, and that is totally fine by Covers rules. A few weeks back several popular clippers got demonitized temporarily due to some change in Youtubes automod shit, and where talking about it. Jshay, for instance, said he makes ~1k a month off it.
