No, there's a few things that make NDA's not being useless to a certain point. Also I'm talking about US/EU, I don't know how it works in JP.

First is that NDA's aren't by laws, the main reason is that whistleblowing is legal and NDA's there's no juridic value in itself, you usually sue people for breaking contract(which she doesn't have anymore) or defamation.

Niji now would only have the ability to sue for defamation but for them to do this, they would had to make a lot of the data public, because of the trial, as they have to prove that she did something wrong, making the NDA useless.

NDA's in most countries doesn't hold any legal weight, when you break them, instead of getting sued, you get blacklisted from the field, which is worse than getting sued.

Yes, and since a third of Cover's revenue comes from merch sales they are strict about not lettings their talents bad mouth their default outfit. The roomates are even careful to keep their comments vague so there clearly is something in their contract that prevents them from directly complaining. Flare disliked her skimpy default outfit but had to be vague about that until she could get a redesign.

It's not a rrat. November (when her cat died) was when they were filming a bunch of stuff for a Sankisei concert, so they were all busy.
