Even if your corpo isn't as bad as blackcolor, it's still good to fight for better treatment of talents in general. Obviously, there's going to be stuff that happens in corpos that you won't be able to change, but stuff like having support and being properly paid for work they do is stuff that we should make sure than companies realize we are paying attention to.
