She's the only one making a faithful effort to create entertaining content and fill a niche instead of just doing bare minimum like Reimu and Millie or actively trying to "own" someone like Enna.
I watched some of Nina's pre-niji content, she used to be a co-host in a podcast for aspiring streamers, and it's cool to see her using many of her ideas from back then to propel her career. She gives a lot of genuinely good advices in that podcast.

From the very beginning Nina gave me the "in it for the money" vibe which I guess turned out to be the right thing because it sparks at least a minimal amount of professionalism and effort.
I also like Reimu, but purely as a person. Her content could easily be better.
Millie isn't bad, but this just isn't my type at all. My Flip friend loves her, though.
I cannot say a good thing about Enna, however. At all. Not even as a secondary opinion.

Enna has to lose this job. Millie has to go indie at least, she has her issues and her content is extremely specific. Reimu is harmless and low-effort, and Nina turned out to be the best in her wave (not that it's too hard)
Petra should fuck off to NijiJP and stop pretending she's a part of the EN branch, and Finana needs to have a personal manager so that she wouldn't believe everything that she's told at face value.
Condence everyone else in two waves and you have a mostly harmless group of content creators without the fucking clique and without goddamn ESLs that cannot get into the JP branch.
