A. You have to be a successful enough indie that the company benefits from you keeping your model
B. You can't be /too/ successful since PC isn't a large enough corpo to benefit big streamers

The people that would consider joining viâ the invader programme have to be mid-3views since 4views would either stay independent or join vshojo (who seem to have very open contracts) and 2views would join as talents rather than invaders.

Add to that the jewcorpo poach programme and you have to ask who would be big enough to be allowed to keep her model and would rather join PC over Idol and their JIDF funding, vshojo with their twitch clout or stay independent and have full freedom and independence.

I don't think the invaders programme was a bad idea, and it's interesting to see how it develops, but I'm not sure if I would choose to join phase /right now/ were I in the position to do so (and a vtuber), even if I believe the company will grow.

There are currently only two viable options, Idol and Phase; vshojo targets larger streamers who already have connexions inside the organisation, none of whom would choose a small corpo over staying indie.
Ultimately, there are three things that will factor into the vtubers decision: money, company culture and support (listed in order of probable preference, not importance). Since contracts are kept secret, one can only hypothesise, but I would presume the cuts to be approximately the same; hence the question would be which corpo would better help her grow, i.e., the question of support. Idol undoubtedly has more money set aside to for editors and advertisements. Hence, in my—somewhat inebriated—opinion, the only reason someone would choose PC over Idol is the company culture: what the general atmosphere is, how management runs things, what is permissible and what is not &c. (For my part I watch PC over Idol for a reason). Although these two companies are the only ones who allow one to keep her own model, this also applies to applicants who are to start over fresh (I believe PC and Idol are still the best option for an up-and-coming small corpo streamer).
