I have a menhera monday post for you! I recently learned that a chuuba I like is part of the viewercord. I really don't like the idea of her being part of an inner circle that mostly shit talks people and circlejerks, so this is rather sad to learn. a large majority of chuubas that read or post in the thread are probably in viewercord, yeah. it has to be really convenient for networking.
on one hand, there probably should be some infrastructure for networking because the rejection of networking cripples a chuuba's chance at growth. a good chuuba with no networking can get skyler-tier numbers at best.
on the other hand, an organization that grows to the viewercord's size comes with all the plagues of important decisions happening behind the backs of independent viewers, chuubas having to appease cliques and clout-heavy people that are sometimes very schizophrenic, ideological circlejerking...
you aren't alone. i think i'm regarded as one of the more reasonable viewers, but whenever someone from the viewercord recommends a chuuba to me it immediately raises red flags.

I hate how hard it is to get useful feedback on streams and content. I know it's not anyone's job to review streams or whatever, but I would like to know what I'm doing right, what I'm doing wrong, suggestions to move forward, what I should stop doing, what I should keep doing etc.
My audience is really not helpful past just not showing up.
I want to grow and improve but it feels like a shot in the dark in what I should improve on and how I should improve. I look at other streamers and what they do and implement things they do that I like and put my own spin on it only for little to no opinion of it.
I want the best viewer experience I can provide and it's hard to get better without any feedback other than "It's fine :)" or silence.
