Spring didn't go exactly like how we all planned it would. /vt/ played 3 games and in each game the allocation of points was determined by one goal. I can cope and continue to say how stacked this group was but /vt/ should have played better than they did and at least have squeaked out one win. It's just a shame that only one side of the team could excel while the other ate shit. I will take the 6 month hiatus of the /vt/ team to watch other teams play and see how the tactics can be improved upon. Thanks again to the fans that stick around.

It works well and it's used before every 4cc to poll the cup logo winner, but ranked voting doesn't work well on google forms with more than 11 choices (the grid gets too huge), so the best solution would be to make a custom website which allows drag and dropping the choices.

I think the solution to that would be to only give everyone fewer votes than there are spots in the team, rather than letting everyone rank all choices. That way every one of your votes is contributing to that player getting on the team.

Despite it being decently easy to rig if you've got multiple accounts, google forms is the standard for cup polls because it's still better than many other sites like strawpoll and poal.
Thus, after the voter has gone through the sorting process, the custom website would only need to output a line with all the choices in the order picked by the voter, copy it to the clipboard and redirect to a google form in which the voter simply needs to paste the line in a box and click on submit. This would also allow to include verification questions if preferable.

The take for me is for the 4cc cytube to either have or not have other board league streams. You can boot /vt/ league from the cytube but enforce the same policy to other board leagues.

I wouldn't be concerned about it at all honestly. This is the way that every team with a passionate fanbase is. The vast majority of the 4cc has no idea what that's like at this point. /vg/, /sp/, and a few others. For everyone else no one gives a fuck if they live or die and there's no pressure to deliver any high level of performance. When the team is bad the passionate fans want the team to not be bad. It's not that complicated and it's not that serious.
Most of the faggot crossboarders ITT are bucket crabs who will try to tear /vt/ and its fans down and apart just because they can't stand the sight of anyone less jaded than themselves. Don't acknowledge or engage.
