Short term: Mori, we all know the reasons.
Medium term:Ina, more like she will become a "sensei" like Pochi,doing mostly drawing streams, games and collabs will be rare because she will be very busy with her work.
The others don't look like they work on another thing so they will be around for some years at least.

Pretty much this. Gura has finally found her groove and is just having fun with 30k chumbuds showing up. Ina had her groove from the beginning. And Ame is trending and riding high, why would she even want to stop?

Kiara should be fine too if she works out her unfounded self-esteem issues or at least stops demonstrating them. Hopefully there will be somebody closer to her timezone soon to play with.

Kiara is the one with the most political baggage. She has been good at keeping it separated from her job but I could actually see her trying to do a SJW charity stream and getting canned.
Mori and Ina both have the potential to leave but I don't think they will in the short term.
Gura and Ame I don't see leaving any time soon.

Gura is well liked by the community, and despite the whole rig thing she is relatively yab free. The big thing with her is just how unenthusiastic she seems about hololive as a whole. So a self graduation from her is a possibility. However she’s pretty much trapped because she knows if she does that then fans will freak the fuck out and hololive will suffer greatly.

Kiara clearly is obsessed with being an idol so she would never self graduate. It’s more likely she fucks up in some major way and she has extreme pressure to graduate (like aloe but a much bigger yab)

Mori is a combination of the two above. She is very unenthusiastic about hololive and she clearly just wants to make music and meet her favorite youtubers. Everytime I tuned into one of her streams she is always just talking in monotone and not paying attention. Almost the same way someone would do working a service job. As well, she does do the self yabs of lying to her audience, collabing with whoever she can find, bends the rules, and accidentally self doxxes herself.

So I’d say Mori is most likely. Ina and Ame are the only two EN who clearly love streaming, love hololive, and avoid yabs.
