We’ll see where it goes for me when I reach 50 followers on Twitch. The affiliate guidelines says you can only stream on one platform, so I might need to let go of YT.
I don’t know if anyone else had success with doing a little bit of both, I kept it like this because I wanted to complete the content on YT before moving on.

You can stream on whatever platform you want. Twitch affiliate/partner means you cant multi-stream to different platforms at the same time aside from instagram and tiktok I think. You also can't upload twitch VODs to another platform until after 24 hours or something like that too
