Suck start a shotgun. None of these girls, indies, or even nijien would reach nearly the same audience on their own. The girls do get models, and company reps to help get into contact with song writers, and a network of artists and other streamers to collab and make content with. Ina and Gura joined almost exclusively so they could have friends in their profession. The whole point is you are part of a team, you do shit for the team, they help you out all boats rise.
