I don't know why this idiot thought it would be a good idea to try and monetize the Holobass songs. Any time you're using samples (especially as heavily as he did in a bunch of his work) from a company, it's gonna be an issue. Even if its a backing track you made, the song still is based around something the girls said. Especially Pop on Rocks, which on top of that was based on a reading of a Dr Suess book. You have to assume any fanwork is impossible to monetize unless you have explicit permission.

What he should have done is never monetize that content, but use the 'fame' he gained from it to promote completely original songs that he can monetize without worry. I thought that shit was pretty obvious but apparently it was beyond him.
