That collab was the start of all the problems. It showed that "off collab" really meant really long vacations where they may do one half assed stream at a time most people aren't awake for an hour to get more money. Compared to how JP and even Kiara + Mori did it I have dreaded every "off collab" since it's usually just an excuse to take week(s) long breaks while calling it work.

the issue isn't that. Kiara will always do what she would do no matter what. Blaming Tempus for it is just stupid. She has ALWAYS wanted to collab with Niji since the whole interaction with Pomu. the only bit of argument valid regarding Tempus is that maybe they simply loosened management's reins on "doing risky things" in general, i.e. male on female collabs, and maybe the loosened rein made the talents get a moment of "see, nothing to worry about, M-chan!" and that pushed Kiara to be free to collab with Niji. but it's a subtle chain reaction, not causation. and she will always work towards collabing with Niji regardless.
