Nonetheless it is much easier to generalize a number of massive streamers who comprise a massive portion of the industry than it is to make sense of the countless indie streamers with small fanbases. Do you seriously claim to know the attitudes of the scene's countless micro communities? Each indie streamer is not identical -- there are those whose audience plays the self aware simps card, those whose audience does not, and all sorts of grays as well as deeper blacks and deeper whites.

However valid the reality of my ignorance to the full extent of the community, the claim this view I have is of "a very small part of the audience" is absurd. Whatever my ignorance can be claimed as is still more 'in the know' than yours if you genuinely believe such claims.

I wasn't aware there were vast swathes of people who thought of vtubers only as sexual objects as their primary purpose. With e-thots doing hot tub streams the purpose is certainly primarily sexual yet "disguised" so that it doesn't look sexual, but everyone knows it really is. In short, I think you made up a nonexistent issue to be mad about and sperged a novel-like essay to try and get your point across.

Yes. And to further elaborate I think it's not due to the intrinsic nature of being women but rather that past. The current V-Tubers we have are often women who would mock such female streamers as were known before, namely titty streamers and whatever else. This creates a negative impression of men, which were the sex which engaged with the content, and a desire to acknowledge the elephant in the room brought about by the e-thot world even existing. This belief of the streamers that simping is common has created a belief in their communities that it is also common.
Love of them may be common, but it is a love without efforts to get closer and which is full of realistic expectations. This is different than simping.
