Imagine how many broken 2-views apply and get to the interviewing stage of the process, only for them to fuck themselves over by talking like an idiot because they've never been interviewed before. That was most of EN. Vtuber shit had already started to get worldwide popularity through clips before EN debuted and Mori, Kiara, Ina, and Ame have all taljed about how they dounted they would get in when they applied. I don't know, maybe its a massive case of confirmation bias but it feels to me that HoloPro(yes, it goes for Homos as well) aren't looking for talents as much as they are looking for people to "fit" the models they have commissioned, as well as how well they will synergize with other talents.
