Ina wanted to do something with her "sibling", but they retired already. Calli would obviously collab with them if she had one, she follows the most indies out of all of HoloEN. The only one this remotely applies to is Ame. Ame isn't the indie savior Calli tries to be, so I think she was just hesitant about interacting with Uto at all at first, and the borderline leeching she started with definitely didn't help. She interacts with Nabi regularly though and likes the occasional Uto tweet, so it'll probably happen eventually.
