The JP branches were very clearly separated from each other since the very beginning and they had no problem debuting Gen 3 close to the first gen of Holostars in the middle of 2019 and Gens 4 and 2 close together in December of the same year. They have also have separated twitter accounts, tho they do promote stuff from each other from time to time such as the big concerts. In comparison it's been 19 months since the debut of Council while they debuted 8 members of StarsEN in 6 months, faster than they even pushed for auditions for a new HoloEN gen at the height of their popularity. There was also the fact that since the start of the open auditions 15 months ago they only shilled for the female side once, while they did it 4 times for the male side, 3 times in less than a year, once before the debut of the first gen and another around 3 weeks before the debut of the second. Not to mention the creation of the HoloProEN twitter, something that doesn't exist for the JP side and ironically the original HoloEN exclusive account ended up as the only source of StarsJP news in English.
