This is because even if a person is "intellectually" more capable, that still doesn't stop them from doing stupid things. It has also been argued that the General Ability Index is more accurate than IQ in predicting successfulness especially in cases where people have low working memory (i.e. people with ADHD).

This IQ debate is stupid. What really is important is whether or not they are actually smart in the field that they are in right now. Which means are they a smart streamer. Being called a smart streamer means being able to troubleshoot your own tech problems, being able to manage and vary your content based on how your audience perceives your output, being able to banter consistently with a live audience and being able to build a social network that works ideally for all people involved. As far as being a smart streamer with great personalities I would say, Coco, Pekora, Miko, Marine, and Korone are top tier. Mid tier will be Subaru, Kiara, Ina, Gura, Aqua, Kanata, Okayu, Mio, Fubuki, Noel, Nene, Lamy, Botan and Polka. They are mid tier because all of them have flaws that they need to work on. They are great to watch still. I'm not adding low tiers. Haachama for me though is a miss because I can say she is a great streamer but her schedule and long absences with no communication is just too menhera for me.
