QRD is that we started as a joke group using pippa's character prompts, then 10ma shat on the project, essentially calling it a dead meme and to stop forcing it. The general opinion of /pcg/ towards /fvr/ is that we're trying to leech popularity out of the pcg girls to jumpstart the flavr girls, but this has long since become an independent project. Sure, pippa is still the one who made the first gen, but our chuubas are hardworking and dedicated. It's kinda sad, we /fvr/ bros like the /pcg/ bros, but they seem to hate us (except mixie).
There also was the Coco issue, where babiniku and PLfags happened, with a whole lot of soured feelings, but it resolved itself more or less.
Also the Marie Mixin (now Mixie Mixin) faux pas, but that solved itself pretty well.

Mehlos stream voice is honestly really good and was actually the thing that instantly caught my attention the first time I checked out her streams when I was first getting into flavr. She mentioned that she's used her regular voice on stream before but since I haven't watched all of her catalog it was a great reveal for me.

Being entertaining is actually harder than most make it out to be. If you aren't in the right mindset you might just go down tangents that aren't so good to go down live with an audience. Streaming isn't like other wagie jobs where you can grit your teeth and go through the script;;you gotta react to chat, come up with good stories, play the game/do whatever is scheduled, it isn't as easy as wagieing, at least doing it well, especially if you're doing it as a hobby instead of a job. This seems to affect women more than male streamers from what I've seen tho. Maybe it's due to men being better at bottling up emotions and pretending everything is alright. That's my rrat tho
