Going back on the topic of Mystakes feeling jealous about Mysta interacting with girls, I’m going to be honest, I still feel bad for both Mysta and Mika to this day as someone who loved seeing their dynamics of stream because it reminded me of the way I act with my male friends. I’ve also had the issue where when I’m just friends with a guy people like mutual friends and family think we’re into each other romantically when it’s not the case and we’re just best friends. Otsonny!! I learned new words today! Shorter stream but man it was something else, chapter 6 of eastward is definitely interesting. Aboard the train to ester city our little cast somehow gets roped into helping a bunch of monkeys with their film...? We meet a lot of new colorful ape characters and JAHN becomes the star of the show in this bizarre plot tangent amidst trying to get Alva's rocket back. Solomon also once again forces himself to become relevant by starting shit which backfires badly, outlook not so good for him. There was a quiz show, there was ultraman, there was time fuckery, I don't know man this was probably the weirdest/most random chapter so far which is saying something, it was still a fun stream though. The game introduced some stealth to switch things up a bit, God knows that's not sonny's forte but he praised it and got through eventually. He was cute today! I'm glad he seems to be keeping up with the plot slightly better than I am... although even when things are confusing he's pretty willing to just roll with the shenanigans, which I do think makes the game more enjoyable than if you're expecting a really concise, focused plot like some other RPGs have (or maybe I'm just projecting). It's too bad the aus heat and his throat were killing him or else maybe he'd have made it a little further into chapter 7. Oh, I like that direction too actually. Adding in the abuse adds to the angst. His desperation to do anything, even something that may seem sinful and selfish, will be driven by that need to get out of this cycle of abuse. Makes it all the more tragic that he has to sacrifice his humanity and possibly even morals for something greater.
