The brat angle can work but it can not be played with the femboi angle as well. Magni is a complete bottom that says the brat shit and gets his comeuppance but he at least plays with the smugness that makes it satisfying to see him fuck up. For me I enjoyed Tempus gen 1 and I feel the appeal of Tempus for their fans was because they didn’t lean too hard into playing a character and instead they were just down to earth while still retaining a bit of the keyfabe (Nowa’s little bits of not being a vampire is pretty fun to watch). it reminds me of hangups I had about Sana where I felt she relied so much on her character that she never let her true personality shine through as much until the very end (I’ll never get over how awkward her interactions with her genmates was when she kept reusing debut jokes or how they all tried regressing into debut mode whenever they talked to her).
