When I think about it 90% of the actual anger towards Tempiss is actually specifically about Vesper being a sex pest, Magni being a shameless leech, and Altar being "supporting the cuase". Nobody ever really has any complaints about Axel or the JP Stars, and the Tempus 2 seems closer to them.
