I've worked with shipping merch before. I've also seen people who decided to make a living making a personality product (podcasters) for free and then selling merch.

Until you actually get a production and shipping line going it's a headache that you only keep doing due to incredible vision or fear of starvation.

So...she'll profit off this. Good. But this won't be worth her sanity if she keeps making it complicated. Quality Assurance is where she should spend the brunt of her non-monetizable energy. All this extra should be simplified until she can afford a wage slave to do it for her, to her standards.

Most orders in the end will be 1x item, in between 20-50 USD
So the discount for orders above $200 won't really hurt much because she is not going to apply it too much in first place
