-Gura was viral, started low but steadily kept going into the stratosphere for months. I remember when people where laughing at the concept of potential gura 1million subs.
-Salome: GIGANTIC initial burst into million, then decreasing.
-Raids, collabs and networks: Steady or bumpy increases, specially when the streamers consistently schedule in a way you can watch the first then raid and watch the next one.

I hate to be the one to tell you, but her current AI isn't learning either.
It was originally trained by OpenAI, who probably threw thousands of hours of compute at it, with just enough training data to get it to the level of "can mine diamonds", then they gave up on it.
There's no way Vedal is going to be able to train it to get as far as fighting blazes, or even building a nether portal.
So we're already watching a literal bot, it's just not a very good one, and I'd prefer to watch one that has a chance of progressing through the game.
The altoclef bot isn't guaranteed to beat any seed, as it is dependent on RNG, so it's also not like watching pre-recorded gameplay footage.
Vedal's mods could even run a casino in chat, so people could bet channel points on whether each run would succeed (with less than 3 deaths, for example).
Because of the modular nature of altoclef, it should also be possible for it to feed important data to Neuro's language model, so she can say things like "Right, time to smelt this iron, so I can make an iron pick".
If Vedal's got really smart with the programming, he could let chat give her instructions (perhaps through voting, or donating), to say things like "Try a different biome" or "Make gold boots".

I don't know how configurable altoclef is, but I'm sure that Vedal could adjust the Minecraft settings to either help or hinder the bot's progress.
There are also Twitch integrations for letting viewers gift items or trigger monsters in Minecraft, which could be fun.
I just don't see the fun in watching another 10 hours of Neuro failing to make an iron pick, or falling to her death down the same hole.

It wouldn't be too hard to just put an image of her on something like clothing or a mug, and it could have a slogan on it too, like "I'm an AI, so yeah, I'm based."
Another type of merch to consider would be a plush toy version of Neuro, but I don't know how the economics of that works.
For example there is a company (MakeMyPlush) that will turn a drawing into a one-off hand-made plush toy for like 50 usd.
But there's also a service run by Teespring that lets you take pre-orders for a plushie design (minimum 100 orders) that can sell for 15 to 30 usd.
