Nijis biggest flaw is their hands off approach to management and promotions. Let's ignore their excessive hiring sprees for a second and think of the underlying issues... it's all managerial problems. They won't make their chuubas stand out, interact or otherwise make them feel more cohesive as a group. It is like watching cable TV, where you pick up on the channel/chuuba that you like and stick to it and more or less ignore the rest unless they come within the orbit of said chuuba. That's not bad in and of itself since a chuuba can just cater to whomever decides to watch, but it's not really good either since it generally leads to a lack of brand loyalty. Think of it like Gura's viewership that has a really sizable normalfag demographic that doesn't really interact with the rest of Hololive, where in 2434's case it sort of applies to the whole company.

Makes me wonder why they decided to merge all of the Niji groups in to a single bunch. Could they have idol like groups that pander to fujos and otaku and groups that mixes it up? I am almost certain that's why Nijisanji released LazuLight as an all-female group in the first place (that and the uncertainty of male EN chuubas ever being successful at all).
