It was a matter of how management canned it unceremoniously for very little reason other than "covid", even though Japan's borders reopened last fall, with even the actual livers (see: Vox, NijiEN's own cash cow) calling the cancellation reasoning downright flimsy.
As for the concert itself, it was going to be Obsydia-Noctyx all getting 3D (bar Fulgur, due to apparent health circumstances).
It was also going to be EN's first concert since the branch was formed in 2021, and with Lazulight's appearance at Nijifes last fall, it was a lock that a concert was on the horizon.
It was basically Niji(EN)'s answer to Holofes, and as said above, it was very suspicious as to why it got cancelled.
