She already does. Near her debut she said she wants to do it daily, and up tp three times a day sometimes, and she really did. And now we consider three times a week eating good. You can see noticeable decrease even in last year.
I wanted to say it's not that special and everyone streams more than normal right after debut and less afterwards, but after checking data it seems she is currently the least among her gen in stream frequency.

And I believe she doesn't really gets that much SC. Compare with Lamy, Chloe, Matsuri, whatever.

You have to understand that Polka also does lots of other content on other people's channels. Much more than other holos. Plus she does more non-streaming content like legend of polka. Fewer streams over on her channel but no lack of content overall.

Polkas lack of SC is by choice. When asked why she is the only holo who don't do superchat readings, she basically told us that she rather do more actual content and not encourage people to send superchats. She's trying to make v tubing into a respectable profession not based on asking for hand outs.

It's not really guerilla stuff, she plans ahead, she just doesn't put out a schedule because she hates when she can't keep to it for one reason or another, as it's like letting the Omaruza down. Same reason she tried to stream the other night while exhausted; she'd put up a frame already and didn't want to dissapoint anyone. And while I do agree to an extent on game choices, she was very upfront from debut that she doesn't consider herself a gamer, and believes she's not good at games, so it's not really a surprise to see her stick to simpler things.

I wish Polka focused more on videos without having a schedule (to avoid having uninteresting videos, like the past few PolDen which are just an excuse to eat fish and pass it as a business expense). This includes random videos like she used to do in her warlord days and covers.
The only consistent streams I want from her are the end-of-the-month member-only ASMR and bringing back Poluta. That's it. And maybe superchat readings, I like the bgm. And also her gacha streams, so I can see her being an idol otaku and so she can monetize her severe gambling addiction
I also want a naked dogeza, followed by having her sit on my face for a few hours. It's my right as a T3+ omaruza.

In theory, not much. Danbooru source code is hosted on GitHub, so you'd just have to install it on a server and adjust the UI to look however you want. Keeping it clean, tagged correctly, all that would be the time consuming part. That said, a quick search shows plenty of people have problems making it work, so who knows how difficult it would be in practice.

Concert and live appearances are easy winners on the idol side, as those are always wonderful. She got a ton of clips in the Rust arc, as well as plenty from her interactions with EN during minecraft/call-ins/collabs, so those are good places to start. Just like Windows on desktop, Linux is default OS when it comes to web servers. And, as danbooru requires whole bunch of dependencies, such as database and and all the image processing tools, you don't really want to install it on your system even if you have Linux. Then again, following tutorial should actually mean pasting one command into terminal and then it either works or not.
Once you get it running on virtual machine, you totally can open it to whole internet from there, but it would still take some money for things like electricity and static IP, and getting some cheap VPS would cost not much more but make a lot of things easier, including security concerns.
