The point about ages is potentially true, but Magni and Vesper have both gone out of there way to point out how young Altare is compared to themselves.

I would say Altare's manner of speaking/typing makes it pretty clear he's not Omegatranny. Omegatroon has a very stilted, robotic and somewhat ESL way of typing that is hard to describe.

I don't think this has ever been true in Hololive. Bae was the leader of Council and she's one of the youngest. Same goes for Laplus. I don't know for sure if Altare is the youngest, because it could be Axel, but both Magni and Vesper, on multiple occasions have pointed out how young Altare is in comparison to themselves. There's also the fact that he still currently lives with his parents and is still actively saving money to move out. That wouldn't be the case if he already had a full time job that he had been working for a long time.
