This year ASEAN will be the region with the highest economic growth, that says a lot.
This region is currently willing to learn and would say fuck off to the meddling big boys like US and China. Just like Japan, Korea, and China itself in the last century.
Other poor regions won't learn from their mistakes and often too kind to superpowers.
