Gives me an idea: Saute some mire poix, add tomatoes, roasted bell peppers and chilis with some vegetable stock, salt and pepper. Cook until well done, then blend until smooth. Add a bit of thyme (optional), then serve in bowls. Mix cashew nut cream with a bit of lime juice and sugar, then drizzle it on top of the soup in each of the bowls. Eat with some toast (oiled and toasted bread, not sure how that's called in Eigo).

Wonder if adding some red lentils will work too? Or a version where the cashew nut cream is mixed through the whole soup and instead of chili's you put chili oil on top?
