I'm pretty sure it's theoretically possible to even enable it on YT but considering emotes are locked to one channel there it wouldn't really do as much (or admittedly, be as annoying when someone does have it enabled)

I was pretty anti-twitch when I first started but considering damn near every EN indie streams there you learn to either get used to the garbage or realize most of it is hyperbole. I'm not even gonna argue it's better than YT, just that they're both terrible in different ways. A far larger dealbreaker should be that transcoding isn't enabled for everyone; unless you're partner it's basically a gacha roll. On the flipside it takes far, far less to reach affiliate and enable subscriptions than YT.
