If I had to guess, she either caused a huge internal conflict or found herself in the middle of one. Maybe she's at odds with one or more of the EN girls, or maybe management is the problem. It could be both, too. Whatever it is, the situation probably got so bad that Gura doesn't feel comfortable/motivated enough to stream. She's the kind of person to avoid drama like the plague, so she'll probably wait and watch from a distance until the problems are fixed.

Don't get me wrong though, she is definitely lazy. But I think she's not THIS lazy. Maybe she's actually ill, depressed or fell back into old habits, but for once I think it's not just her being lazy, and I'd put all my chips on the reason for her absence being on internal conflicts. After all, these are western women. There's no way they like each other.
