Hate to break it to you but Kiara was as good as hired the moment she applied. You can try to come up with a good reason to not hire someone into HoloEN who speaks both English and Japanese basically fluently and has experience in working as an idol, but you'll definitely come short.

Pomu gets Ina-type numbers and streams early evening NA between Ina and Ame, overlapping both. Daytimes are a complete deadzone except when Mori streams. Nyanners is popular but not nearly as popular as Gura, ending up as the 2nd most subbed EN after Mori. Kiara never becomes a prominent streamer and returns to her home to work at a hotel after a boring and relatively uneventful year stuck inside her apartment in Japan during the pandemic. Equally chat concatenation so commonly spammed phrases get taken out of chat in to some panel that shows a number of the messages instead of shitting up the chat. This can be useful to show reactions to something like people laughing at you or even used as polling.
So say 5 people in a 5 second time period all sent the same text, say "yes", any subsequent yesses would appear in a panel with a counter instead. A whitelist could be used to disable it for certain people, like mods, other streamers, other video creators, or specific accounts.
You could also have an alias mode where it looks for messages that are very similar to common words, like lol, lmao, kusa, etc.
Imagine how fucking good chats would be without excessive spam.
There was some webcam site years ago that did something like this and it worked amazingly well. (without the additional features that is, just the basic concat and I think it only worked with emotes)

Equally, both of these systems, minimum word count and chat concatenation, would generally be mutually exclusive modes.
BUT, you could actually mix them together if you exempt emotes from the minimum word count if chat concat is also on, and those would be concatenated when they go over the threshold.

This is my 2nd time hearing veibae (the first time was where she was talking about sucking dick), and I couldn't bear it for more than 15 seconds. Not only does she talk about sucking dick, but she's also got this really opinionated voice that college girls with useless degrees and self inflated egos have.
It's like the opposite of Japanese culture, where you're not supposed to have hard opinions about things and not be argumentative.
