Many NijiEN girls put in way more hours than HoloEN girls despite there being more of them as well.

It feels like there are two reasonably-likely explanations - either there is high tension behind the scenes that at least in part drives some girls to quiet-quit (Gura in particular), or the girls are extremely sloppy/casual and don't really care enough about each other or this gig, and management fails to be able to inspire, motivate or encourage them to stream. In both scenarios, incompetent/careless/nonexistent management is an explanation somewhere in the chain.

The girls themselves also I think may be just annoying for management to deal with which leads to management becoming more assholish and spiteful which also makes the girls not want to work as much with them, a negative feedback loop. Or rather not all the girls but I can kind of see like, fucking imagine being Mori or Kronii's managers, dealing with their being pointlessly super fucking rebellious against everything that defines the usual Holo setup and being fucking clueless about how this all works and why it makes them all this money yet demanding you accomodate their stupid/brand damaging shit. If you're in a bad mood all the time dealing with shitters you might just snap and go "fucking MORI wants perms for that game? fuck no that's gonna get lost on my desk indefinitely, I don't care if any other girls wanted to play it" etc. We'll never know really but I can see it. I'd also think the girls would band up with each other against management instead of just openly agree and toss one of their own under the bus so if any of the girls feel like management's being shitty they build up that sentiment with each other and just start to think they work for the worst company ever and don't wanna stream.

Considering the range between Kiara/Ina's schedules being super out of sync with the PST slot they seem primarily aimed at, that doesn't seem to be a major issue really.

if she's had this many faux-pas in public trying to be restrained and professional, imagine how bad she might get behind the scenes without trying to guard her tongue. I'm also not saying this would be the sole reason girls wouldn't stream, but would be a contributing factor to behind the scenes tension which overall would kill their motivations.

I'd also say Tempus 2's existence ninja'ing what we literally all would have assumed would have been a new girl's gen also seems a sign of something fucking weird going on with EN mangement somewhere.

I'm not sure this is the case (besides Gura).
There's two ways people react to adversity, some are confrontational and some are non-confrontational. Most men fall into the former and most women in the latter.
This is no exception in HoloEN, and you can pretty much sort out talents in both camps:

>Passive:
Fauna, Mumei, Bae, Ame, Ina
>Mostly passive, direct once in a blue moon:
Kronii, Gura, Kiara

Basically, confrontational people will seek to tackle a problem head-on, while passive individuals will seek to work their way *around* the problem. Both approaches are nuanced and valuable at their best, and terrible at their worst.
The problem with passive people is they can just sit there and let a problem fester while doing nothing, which seems to be the preferred approach of BOTH management and the girls. Mori is the clear exception here, and the fact that she's out there doing her own thing further confirms the rule.
