Oh yeah, does anyone have any performance tips to share? I'm running a 3090 and one image on DPM++ 2M, 28 steps, 512x768 latent upscaled 2x takes around 50 seconds, ~1.1it/s. I think xformers was the last thing to up my performance, maybe something from git pulling I haven't noticed.

Where do you guys upscale the images after doing the little 512x512 batches btw?

I have been using the Extras tab but there are not a lot of upscalers (And some I've seen mentioned aren't even there) and I've seen people say they can move the denoising and things like that but in mine I can't
I can only do denoise and things if it's with hires fix, otherwise it's straight upscaler only

First off all that it/s data is without any type of highresfix. That sheet is about as simple as it gets. There are not that many things you can do to get extra speed. Xformers, Overclocking/undervolting. I run my 3090 on stock speeds. It's plenty fast. I'm on game drivers I'm sure. No clue if that makes any difference.

Are you sure it isn't mine? Sounds a lot like mine lmao. My embed seems to make grey-skins about half the time, similar to Kancolle abyssals, maybe because a mix of full-color and monochrome images were used in the training data. I'll have to keep that in mind for future embeds.

Very first impression is that it's weaker, it doesn't latch to her face like the other one does, seems to have softer shading, etc.

I found and tested the other asanagi embed. I can kind of understand the complaint about it fucking with the likeness; it has a much stronger effect than mine does. For example, with my embed, I didn't have to specify that La+ is flat chested, but if I failed to mention that with the other asanagi embed, it would give me big, chesty La+ like in pic related.
There are four key differences in play here: the number of images in the training, the number of steps, the initial keyword, and the curation. Mine was trained on ~750 images for 50k steps using only 'girl' as the keyword, while the other was trained on 135 images for 150k steps and 'voluptuous' as the keyword. Finally, I suspect the other embed's training images focused on asanagi's more voluptuos girls, while mine included flatties and lolis.
The result? The old embed sticks harder to a certain style than mine does; it will generate outputs that are closer to asanagi's typical style, while mine is more flexible.

Are character loras naturally stronger than character embeds? Decided to try one out for the first time and at 1.0 strength it's like it doesn't even try for any type of outfit that's not similar to her default. Or is that just this one in particular being a bit strong

I tried 1.2 strength on the tags and 0.85 strength on the lora and it got a bit better. I also tried dropping the strength way down to 0.4 which did let the outfits through but then it loses a lot of the character resemblence so it's not ideal

maybe I'll just try not to dress her up too much

yeah, as other anons have said, there's a custom baked model that can output a lot of chuubas well, and various new high-quality models have come out so people are merging the vtubers one with that to get models that output high-quality images of chuubas. On top of that, people have learned how to train custom add-on parts that can help you make a specific character/outfit/concept/artstyle that would otherwise be a pain/impossible to prompt from the model you're using.

IRySanon here. So I made a test LoRa for IRyS2.0 using only 24 images. By itself the LoRa kind of sucks and does not capture her likeness at all, but if you use it with IRyS-2.3 embed + describe some features the results end up looking kind of decent-ish for her default outfit?

Would need a much bigger dataset most likely to get good results. I also haven't messed around with settings as of yet, using the cookie cutter template.
