the last stream they did together before pekomiko "died" was that 3D arcade rhythm game shill stream. after that they stopped collabing or interacting with each other outside of major events, and even during that stream their energy seemed different. they were still professional about it but not quite as friendly.

all memes aside i think pekora just outgrew miko. in terms of real-world relevance, Pekora is the biggest Holo across all the branches, their most marketable asset and basically the face of the company. arguably the number one female vtuber in the world. despite this success she's never been one to rest on her laurels, she's constantly trying to keep her content fresh, whether it's playing new games or putting together events, what have you. she's innovative with her content. Miko on the other hand never evolved past the retarded adult baby thing, and has never really even tried to take any kind of risk when it comes to what she streams. any time she attempts any games/activities outside of her wheelhouse you can be sure they'll be dropped at the first sign of declining viewers (just look at all the games she's streamed 1 or 2 times and then never touched again)
