This issue is complicated because:
a) Kiara has some of the worst taste in media imaginable
b) at least from the translation it's not clear if Marine is saying these are things she enjoys now or enjoyed in the past but enjoying them now is definitively weird in many of the mentioned examples and saying they are popular overseas now is also weird, a lot of those things are very dated

I am Marine's age, some of these shows for children were never new enough for her to have watched them when she was young (unless she's talking about 80's MLP). But the real weirdness is the transition in age group, she definitively starts naming shows for a younger audience for the most part when she goes to Western stuff which does seem to go more to the Doraemon/Anpanman angle in some cases.

But at the core of it, yes, there is a weeb culture idea that clinging onto children's stuff as an adult is cringe unless it's Japanese children's stuff I guess?
